Kurt Ash

Kurt serves as President and Co-Founder of Santosoft. Kurt directs the company's strategic direction, business development and marketing efforts. Kurt has over 25 years of experience in investment banking (The First Boston Corporation), general management consulting (Urban Innovations Group), information technology consulting (The Revere Group, an NTT Data company), and startups (Adeo Partners). Kurt earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Stanford University and a Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Bharat serves as the Vice President of product development at Santosoft. In his previous life he made information technology in the hospital setting - working directly with nurses, physicians and administrators.

David Grazman

David serves as a client advisor. Previously with the Advisory Board Company and its H*Works Consulting division, David has ten years of experience providing strategic and operational consulting advice to hospitals and health systems across the United States, with specific expertise around the vexing challenges of emergency department throughput and inpatient capacity management. As a consultant and nationally-recognized speaker on clinical throughput issues, David has worked with a diverse group of institutions ranging from small community hospitals to large academic medical centers. David was a professor of Health Administration at the University of Southern California, and has a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Minnesota and a Masters of Public Policy from Harvard University.
